C4DMODELS.COM USER AGREEMENT :
By creating or using an account with C4DMODELS.COM. C4DMODELS.NET, C4DMATERIALS.COM, SUPAFRAUD.COM or any of its affiliates, you are agreeing to the following terms:
CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT
1. You may use downloaded content for educational and personal purposes only. Any other use is a violation of the User Agreement unless written permission is obtained from C4DMODELS.COM. No commercial use of any kind of any downloaded content is permitted unless written permission is provided by C4DMODELS.COM.
2. You may not redistribute, host, link to, transmit, or otherwise make available any downloadable content.
3. When using content provided by C4DMODELS.COM you are required to credit the original author of the content as well as C4DMODELS.COM.
CONTENT CONTRIBUTIONS
1. Any content submitted to C4DMODELS.COM is your original work and you are authorized to distribute said work.
2. You grant C4DMODELS.COM all rights to redistribute your original work for personal, educational, and all purposes covered in the CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT.
3. You are not entitled to any moneys that are generated by any means as a result of C4DMODELS.COM hosting and making available your content. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising revenue and donations made to C4DMODELS.COM.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
C4DMODELS.COM may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C4DMODELS.COM from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party.
Any attempt to access or modify computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether on the equipment of C4DMODELS.COM or of any computer system or network that is accessed via the C4DMODELS.COM communications service, will result in the immediate termination of your account. These unauthorized activities include, but are not limited to: guessing at or using passwords other than your own, accessing information that doesn't have public access permissions, and accessing any computer system on which you or the public are not welcome.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that your use of this system is at your sole risk. You agree that we will not be responsible to you for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection with our system or any of the data or other materials transmitted through or residing on our system, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.
In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) relating to any acts by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with our system leading wholly or partially to claims against us or our system by other customers or third parties.
PRIVACY
C4DMODELS.COM will never sell, distribute or otherwise make available your personal information to anyone ever, unless required by law enforcement.
C4DMODELS.COM reserves the right to revoke any and all privileges and/or access to our servers and service for any reason.
